There are two options for Grattan House:

* 6 month lease
The rate is between $290-320 per week (Depending on room size and availability).

* 12 month lease
The rate is between  $280-310 per week (Depending on room size and availability).

Shorter stays can be negotiated at higher rates

Terms and Conditions

Rates include all electricity, gas , water and laundry usage. This means that you will not need to budget for very much more than this amount as most of your expenditures are included!

 No meals are provided and your rent is payable monthly. Alternatively you may pay the full amount in advance at the beginning of the semester.

 Depending on room availability, shorter stays can be negotiated. 

The contract used is the Residential Tenancy Agreement and the terms of the lease are in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. This is standard practice in Victoria.

To ensure privacy, each resident is responsible for maintaining his/her room clean and tidy at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the entire building and each room is fitted with a smoke detector  to ensure your safety. Residents require their own bed linen (pillow, sheet and blankets).

Repairs and Maintenance:
All damages or maintenance issues will be promptly attended to and students are expected to maintain their rooms in a clean and tidy state.

Internet:
Internet access is available via WiFi and is FREE of charge.
