Grattan House is an established student accommodation provider like no other which has been operating for over 30 years providing quality hostel type living for both local and international students. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest quality industry standards.

Centrally located in Carlton, Grattan House is a 10 minute walk from Melbourne  & RMIT Universities. It is also a 2 minute walk to the popular Lygon Street restaurants, shops and most essential services.

Grattan House offers a boutique style student accommodation, creating a family atmosphere for the comfort and well being of students and making sure it provides all the home needs students require for their well being. 

Grattan House is well supervised, general areas are kept scrupulously clean, and students are encouraged to maintain this standard. 

Grattan House consists of two floors with 9 students on each floor. Both floors are independent from each other and have a central living area with TV, kitchen for students to cook in house (students to provide their own kitchen utensils), fully serviced laundry facilities (no coins) on site, 3 toilets and large showers-refer pictures.

All bedrooms come fully furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, desk, chair, air conditioning, heating and free internet. Students are to provide their own quilt, linen and cushion.

All bedrooms are independently keyed locked and each student has their own keyed locked cupboard for storage

Smoking is strictly prohibited and alcohol is discouraged by management. 

The building comes with a  Highly secured camera system for the safety and security of all students.
